Yes, self catering is included when you book the full manor house, giving you access to the communal kitchen and shared spaces. Some units also have their own private kitchens. The only time self catering is not included is when the King or Queen room is booked on its own, in which case the room offers tea and coffee making facilities only.
Yes. The Hartland 3-Bedroom Manor House can be booked on an exclusive-use basis, with the option to add additional rooms for larger groups, subject to availability and an additional cost.
